Paradise Village Golf & Country Club: EL TIGRE 18 hole championship course-Greens Fee includes 18 holes of golf, shared cart, practice balls, bottles water and cold towels. Group rates available based on number of rounds and number of golfers. Please ask for quote.

Full European Spas – Hacienda del Paraíso: Our second full European spa is located in our clubhouse at Paradise Village Golf &Country Club – enjoy full body treatments and hydrotherapy use – jacuzzi,sauna,steam room,lockers,robes & slippers – all overlooking the golf course.Palenque Grand Spa our newly renovated grand spa is located across from the main hotel buildings.

SPORTS CLUB FACILITIES: Olympic style swimming pools, indoor racket ball courts, 4 specialized surface tennis courts, 1 stadium tennis court, basketball court, large health club/gymnasium & indoor/outdoor children’s activities center with large Kids pool.

Blocking of Space: The number of rooms hereby listed in this proposal will be tentatively reserved for a maximum of 15 days from date of this proposal and will be subject to a right of first refusal by the client. Should you wish to guarantee the space and terms herein listed, we will require a signed contract and a good faith deposit, Proposal will become invalid after this time and will be subject to revised terms and conditions based on availability at time of request.

Requirements: It is necessary to contract a minimum of 10 rooms per night in order to guarantee group rates

Cancellations Guideline: 31-15 days – 50% retained; 0-15 days – 100% retained. Certain high demand dates will warrant revised deposit and cancellation policies. Please use the above as a guideline only. The contract will reflect the official policies that apply to each group.

General Deposit Guideline: First Good Faith Deposit is equal to first nights room and tax of the total number suites initially contracted made. This deposit must be received with signed contract. Second Deposit will be equal to second night’s room and tax of the total number of suites contracted at 90 days from arrival. Balance on contract will become due 30 days prior to day of arrival. Balance of Master Account must be settled prior to group departure and check out. Again, please use the above information only as a guideline.
